Josh and his team hit a home run for me. I was going through a difficult time in my life. It was a big decision for me to sell my dream home. I wasn't even sure about how to price my home. Josh helped me set the price (which I thought was high), he brought in a photography team that showed the great points about my home. They even used a drone to get great shots of the lot and how the house sat on the property.
I wanted my house to be exclusive, so I didn't want a lot of unqualified people walking through my house. He arranged that and had an exclusive showing for all the top real estate professionals in the area. My beautiful home sold within a month and the buyers told me after they saw it on the internet, they knew they were going to purchase it before even walking through it. I also got $75,000 more than I wanted.
I had sold homes before but I learned that not all realtors are equal. My greatest asset was on the line and I needed real pros. I refer all my friends, strangers and business associates to them. Since my sell, they've sold my son's home too.

I hope that this review will help you know with confidence that the Burke Team is the right way to go. My wife and I were first-time home buyers who bought our forever home. We would never have been able to do it without the expertise and guidance we received from the Burke Team.
To start, you need to know that the Burke Team is going to be there for you (no excuses). When we wanted to see a house, we saw the house that day. And when we wanted to put in an offer on a house, we put in an offer that day. I hate to put this online, but we even asked them to put in an offer on a house while they were on vacation, and they did it! The point is that they are truly there for you.
Secondly, you need to know that the Burke team has expertise when it matters most. When we found our dream home… we did not know how to get it & didn't want to lose it. It's at that point you turn to your realtor, and think to yourself… I really hope you know what you’re doing! The Burke Team knew exactly what to do and quickly negotiated a purchase that was beyond our wildest dreams.
Finally, you need to know that the Burke Team operates more like a high-achieving/high-functioning family. They care about what they're doing, they do good work, and they advocate, protect, and educate their clients. They make your dream their dream. And they made our dream a reality. Our children will now go to the best schools. And we believe we live in one of the best neighborhoods.
